How do I place an order on-line?

First select a card design from that you like then simply click on the ‘order this card’ link. Once you have filled out your details and attached your photo image/s all you need to do is press ‘place order’. It’s that simple.

To ensure your satisfaction, within 2 business days of receiving your order, we will send you an email containing a link for you to preview & approve your personalised card design prior to purchase.

Once you approve the design you will be directed to a secure payment page. Once your payment has been received your personalised baby announcement cards will be printed and sent directly to you within 5-7 working days - ready to send to family and friends.

How will I know my order has been received?

You will be sent an order confirmation via email once your order and photo/s have been received. You will also be notified via email when your order has been posted to you. If you have any queries regarding your order please call us or email us at

How long does it take to receive my personalised cards?

To ensure the highest quality prints we outsource our printing to a very reliable professional lab. As their service is impeccable you can expect to have your personalised cards delivered within 5-7 working days following design approval and payment.

How do I send my photos to you?

Your photos need to be in digital format. Select the ‘browse’ button on the order form to locate and attach photos saved to your computer. If you do not have your photos in digital format most Photo Developers or Print Labs can save your photographs in digital format on to a CD.

Please note that because good quality photos are usually large files it may take some time to send them to us over the internet - this will depend on the speed of your internet connection.

What format should my photos be in?

We prefer to receive your photos saved as a high quality JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) file no larger than 3MB in size. The JPEG file format retains image details (if saved at highest quality) without creating an enormous file.

We will notify you if your photo/s are not at a quality or size that are suitable for print. This may delay your order.

File formats such as BMP, TIFF and GIF are not suitable. (BMP and TIFF files are very large while GIF files have poor colour qualities.)

The bigger the image file, the longer it takes to send your file to us.

Do you require a minimum order?

There is a minimum order of 10 personalised baby announcement cards.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes we do. There is no charge to you if your personalised card has not been created. Once you have approved your card design and we have received payment your order will be processed and no refund is offered.

Do you accept international orders?

At present we only accept and deliver orders within Australia. We will be able to process international orders very soon.

Is paying on-line safe?

Yes, paying on-line through PayPal is actually safer than many other forms of payment.

PayPal collects payments for us using state-of-the-art SSL technology to protect your information. As PayPal receives your payment details instead of us, we neither see nor collect any of your financial details, ie. credit card number.

PayPal are one of the biggest and most trusted names in online payment security.We encourage you to go to the PayPal Security Center if you would like more details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay using your credit card, debit card or bank account details, through the PayPal online payment service.

Our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

PayPal is an easy, fast and secure way to buy on-line. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment with PayPal, and it is a free service for you to use.

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us. The information you supply when placing an order is only used to complete that order. We do not share this information with any outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

The customer data we collect from you, like your baby's details, your email address and postal address, are protected against any unauthorised use.

In particular, we will never share your email address - we are busy parents and we don't like junk email either!

Because payments are collected on-line through PayPal, please be aware that the PayPal User Agreement Privacy Policy applies to the information PayPal collects during payment.
